Our in house producer, writer and label owner Whitney Dean, originally found success in the Muscle Shoals music scene in college followed by his work with writing for publishers in Nashville. Another huge help was friend and touring band mate John Paul White (of The Civil Wars). Now, Whitney is currently with the duo "The Sweeplings" and has found his stride as a writer and producer, and the duo has created a sound that best illustrates his passions. Organic and interesting production, from creative and cleaver songwriting. With a focus on the Folk/Americana and Singer/Songwriter genre combined with a tailored touch to placements for TV and film. Whitney not only has experience with the business of music, but success in it.
